29th festival year: Share your love with Summer Jam

It seems like the crazy spring 2014 is finally over. Well, let’s call those past gray days full of rain and ten degrees and rare rays of sun, spring. Anyway, the sun is awake and the summer is behind the corner! And with summer begins of course the festival time. Finally. That is the reason why we would like to invite you to one of the first and also biggest summer festivals, German Summer Jam. Lake, trees, sun, radler, international dishes, new faces and a reggae islands in the middle of Germany – and all that is waiting for you in one month and little more…Share your love!

It is almost unbelievable that Summer Jam has 29 years. Time is flying fast they say, and another year is almost here. As usual the place to be is Fühlinger See (Chorweiler) next to Cologne, between 4th and 6th July. The line-up is as usual full of great names. The promoters love to give the festival motto every year, and this year is not an exception. “Share your love”.

Jimmy Cliff. A legend. There is not really much to add. Mr. Cliff has numerous hits, experienced many tours, albums and respect our of the reggae circles (performing also at Uprising, SK).

Seeed. Yup, after a break the German dancehall group got back together some months ago. While Peter Fox was quiet successful in Germany, the greatest success they had as a group. The whole package together works just fine, great show, dancers, band and vibe. This is Seed. After 8 long years on Summer Jam.

Anthony B. After last year it might be unbelievable, but it is reality. After long troubles with American law / drog possession (marihuana), Anthony B is finally on the European soil and touring. He surely is looking forward to perform on Summer Jam (and Czech Rock for Churchill too).
